Yoga is back for 2025! Based on the success of last years session, JLD yoga is back in collaboration with Sheffield Yoga School.

About the event
Is there a better way to relax than with a yoga session? Following the success of last years event and the resulting zen, the Sheffield JLD is excited to hold another yoga session to bring some tranquility and combat the dark evenings.
Join us if you are a keen yogi or a complete beginner for a session focused on relaxation and calm, led by Sheffield Yoga School.
The only things you will need are yourself and water bottle and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Feel free to bring your own mat if you have one, but all equipment, as well as refreshments for afterwards, will be provided.
